To cancel a ticket, kindly log on the STCtravel App or visit our booking site www.stcticketing.gov.gh and click on the cancel ticket batton in your account and follow the process or call our customer care lines or just return the tickets to any of our terminal points to cancel and take your refund at a penalty cost.
